It's not compulsory that you pay us to do the mandatory due diligence of the property for you, for mortgage purposes - you may do it yourself and have the results forwarded to us.

 

UPFRONT FEES

It comes at a fixed fee of GHS12,000, with guarantees or refund.

 

DURATION

We aim to complete all relevant due diligence within 30 to 90 days, enabling us to complete all acquisition and mortgage extension in time.

 

REFUND POLICY

We may opt to proceed with acquisition processes, even if not all the mandatory due diligence of the property have not been completed (we assuming all risks at this stage and not the buyer).

Buyer is entitled to refund of the paid due diligence fee, if we decide not to go ahead with the acquisition process if due diligence processes have not completed within 90 days of payment.
