How do we get our property deals?
We work alongside both in-house developers and/or house builders and external providers, banks and in-house mortgage providers and receivers. When they have a large amount of property to sell quickly we negotiate a substantial discount exclusively for our portfolio and investors.
We recommend that our investors purchase property using a mortgage because this allows for your capital to be spread across multiple properties leading to a greater return in both the short and long term, aside the built-in due diligence that comes with buy a property in a litigation-laden terrain like Ghana.
However, we often have excellent investment opportunities that are cash purchases only. Our consultants will go through this in detail and can provide worked examples to assist in decision making.
INVESTMENTS
We specialise in assembling bulk deals that provide both small and large investors with access to heavily discounted investment opportunities. However, there are many other services that form part of the deal.
Our flexible range of services allows investors to be as involved as they would like to be. Many prefer to be completely hands-off; this results in our team taking care of each step of the process. This may include the furnishing of the property, providing a mortgage, recommending solicitors and organising the letting and ongoing management of your buy to let investment.
Our clients get access to pre-negotiated discounted rates on services such as this, which are only available exclusively to our investors. Some investors choose to take care of these areas themselves if they prefer a more hands on approach to property investment. The most important aspect is that all of our investors are able to take advantage of our ability to negotiate properties in bulk, resulting in all of our property deals being heavily discounted and high yielding.
