It's not mandatory that you pay us to search and acquire a suitable qualified property on your behalf, that meets your budget and/or taste, if you can do the search yourself and submit the property to us for approval.
However, if you need us to assist you look outside our in-house portfolio for a property for you, it comes at an upfront cost.
The cost of the Assistant Qualified Search is as follows:
Option1:GHS6,000 for 2-3 Months Search & Acquire Duration
Option2: GHS10,000 for 1-2 Months Search & Acquire Duration
Option 3: GHs12,000 for 1-3 Months Search, Due Diligence & Acquire (All-in-One)
The cost of this is required upfront (with whatever option you choose).
SCOPE OF SEARCH & ACQUIRE
We will find and arrange in-person viewing for all properties priced below eight(8) times your income multiple for you (may included both completed and uncompleted).
Income Multiple is calculated as = Gross Monthly Income x 12 Months x 8
If it's uncompleted but you like it, we will complete it for you before move-in.
Once you settle on the property you like, we will start the acquisition process on your behalf by doing all the required due diligence (costs already included in the search & acquire fees above).
Once we complete all the due diligence, acquire it and make it move-in ready, you sign the paperwork, pay your Getting Started Money (minimum of 5% of the final property price) and then you move in.
